Mit Bescheid der Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA-IF25 4500/0007-ASM/2025 vom 18.02.2025 und GZ FMA-IF25 4500/0015-ASM/2025 vom 13.03.2025 wurden die Fondsbestimmungen, die Übernahme der Verwaltung durch die MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH sowie die Bestellung der Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG zur Depotbank für den oben erwähnten Investmentfonds bewilligt.
Die von der Finanzmarktaufsicht genehmigten Fondsbestimmungen sowie ein Prospekt bzw. § 21-Informationsdokument und das Basisinformationsblatt ("PRIIP") des oben angeführten Investmentfonds liegen ab sofort am Sitz der MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH, 1030 Wien, Landstraßer Hauptstraße 1, Top 27, und der Depotbank, der Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG, 6900 Bregenz, Hypo-Passage 1, auf und stehen den Interessenten kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Sämtliche Veröffentlichungen für diesen Investmentfonds erfolgen in elektronischer Form auf der Internetseite der Verwaltungsgesellschaft (www.masterinvest.at).
Der Fondsstart ist am 17. Mrz. 2025.

The fund terms and conditions, the takeover of the administration by MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH and the appointment of Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG as custodian bank for the above-mentioned investment fund were approved by means of notice of the financial market authority FMA-IF25 4500/0007-ASM/2025 as of 18.02.2025 and GZ FMA-IF25 4500/0015-ASM/2025 as of 13.03.2025.
The fund terms and conditions approved by the financial market authority as well as a prospectus or § 21 information document and the key investor information (customer information document) for the above-mentioned fund are available with immediate effect at the registered office of MASTERINVEST Kapitalanlage GmbH, 1030 Vienna, Landstraßer Hauptstraße 1, Top 27, and the custodian bank, Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG, 6900 Bregenz, Hypo-Passage 1, and are available to interested parties free of charge.
All publications for this investment fund shall be made in electronic form on the website of the management company (www.masterinvest.at).
